We have been working with Ken at Aadvanced Limousines on a couple of new orders. The first order is for their 2004 Hummer window and the second is for a 2003 Ford Excursion Body Panel. He sent us over photos and sizes of the parts so we could give him a quote and now he is mailing us his templates so we can begin manufacturing. Once we receive the templates they will be sent to their respective divisions, the glass template will be sent to our window department and the body panel will be sent to our metal department. Using the templates we will cut the metal and glass to the exact sizes that ken needs. Our team will measure, cut, cook and resin the glass in just 4 business days. While the window department is hard at work we will use our 20’ Durma Press to custom break the metal to match the design in the original body panel which takes approximately 2 business days. We will then ship the brand new parts to Ken in Indiana!
