Ford Excursions seem to be pretty popular these days. We have had quite a few customers request replacement windows and panels in the past couple of months. Currently we are working on a set of windows for the Men’s Club inReno. They are repairing their limousine and have requested the driver and passenger side glass. Both pieces are of the same size with the same angles, just mirror images. This set is on the small side, measuring just 48” long by 20 ¼” High. They have 1” angles at each end which will be hand measured and hand cut by our technicians. We will bake the glass in our super heated oven for approximately 1 day. During the heating process we will form the 11/16” curvature. Our whole cutting, cooking, curing process takes just 4 business days. As soon as this glass is finished curing we are able to crate and ship the items.
